Tonya Rose, mba
Founder/CEO
Ms. Rose obtained a B.Sc. in Psychology in 2005 at Albany State University. In 2008, she founded Vice Versa Taxes a subsidy of Vice Versa Enterprises Inc. located in Atlanta, Georgia where she began preparing taxes for her co-workers and friends. With a passion for finance, Ms. Rose obtained an MBA in International Business, Accounting, and Finance in 2011. In 2017, she expanded her business to Canada making her one of the few to offer cross-border business and income tax services.
Nakimbe B'aobab, mba
Chief Marketing Officer
Nakimbe B’aobab holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and boasts an undergraduate award from the University of Toronto. With over 25 years of executive experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, she is a seasoned leader and strategist. As one of Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2023 and a notable 2020 TEDx speaker, Nakimbe has been widely recognized for her Outstanding Contribution and Leadership in Marketing, particularly for her innovative ‘S.O.L.D’ strategic organic lead-generation system, winning the distinguished award at the Marketing 2.0 Conference

Accounting Director / Income Tax Strategist
Krystle holds a MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, with a concentration in
Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
With over 20 years of proven leadership within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry in
the United States and Canada, Krystle brings executive knowledge in financial analysis,
accounting, and business risk analysis.
Takilia "Tiki" Rowe, MBA
Income Tax Strategist
Takilia (Tiki) holds an MBA in Healthcare and Project Management from Herzing University, a Licensed Practical Nurse Certification from Georgia Piedmont Technical College, and an Executive Education Women’s Leadership Certification from Yale School of Management. As a seasoned Obstetrics and Gynecology Triage Nurse with 20 years of experience in healthcare, in addition to four years in Business Accounting and Bookkeeping, she will be an asset to our organization with these acquired skills to help utilize initiative-taking tax reduction strategies to support our clients, reduce liability, and get a financial understanding. She is the Owner/CEO of Back2Basics Online Bookkeeping and holds memberships with the National Notary Association and Nationwide Notary Registry as a Certified Notary Public. We are happy to have her as a Tax Strategist and Bookkeeper.
Elliott Short
Income Tax Strategist
Mr. Short holds a BA in Criminal Justice & Business from Kentucky State University. He also has completed a Cybersecurity Academy and is a certified GRC Analyst. His reputation precedes him as he brings to our organization over 25 years of Business Acumen, leadership, innovation, accolades, and attention to detail that will add to the stability and evolution of our organization moving forward into the future. His passion for numbers and ability to educate our clients on every level shows his commitment and gift to helping others succeed.
